Adoption Process and Policies

Sales Policy

You must be 18 years or older to purchase a bunny, or have a parent/guardian complete the application and be present at the time of sale.
Full payment is required at the time of selection - no exceptions.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any sale at any time if I feel it is in the best interest of the animal. In such cases, a refund will be issued.
All deposits and payments (including starter kit payments and boarding reservations) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Reservation fees cannot be transferred to another bunny, so please be sure of your choice before reserving.
No refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

Deposit Policy

Due to high demand, I maintain a waitlist for those interested in adopting.
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $25 per bunny is required to join the waitlist. This amount is applied toward your total purchase.
Deposits are valid for 6 months or up to 3 skips, whichever comes first. After that, your spot and deposit will expire.
Deposits cannot be transferred to another person or future animal. Please be committed before reserving.
To be placed on the waitlist, both your application and deposit must be received.

Please note that waitlist spots can fill quickly. Inquiries about list size may not reflect current availability, as numbers change daily.

Availability & Selection Process

Bunnies: Gestation is 28–31 days. Babies stay until at least 7–8 weeks old.
Occasionally, litters may not be successful, so wait times cannot be guaranteed, though I will always provide my best estimate.
Colors and markings cannot be guaranteed, though I can provide educated guesses based on pairings.

Selection Order

When babies are 3–4 weeks old and sex can be determined, I will send photos to those on the waitlist in order:

The first person on the list gets first choice.
Then I contact person #2, and so on.
Any remaining animals will be posted publicly as first-come, first-served.

You’ll receive 24–48 hours’ notice before selection day. Once photos are sent, please respond within 30 minutes to choose. If I don’t hear back, I will move to the next person and contact you again for the next litter.

Pricing & Payment

Baby Bunnies: $399
Adult Bunnies: $50–$250

Prices and genders will be listed with individual photos.
Payment is due in full within 24 hours of selection to secure your bunny.

Care, Updates & Patience

Babies may occasionally stay beyond 8 weeks to ensure they are healthy and eating independently.
You’ll receive at least one update photo before pickup. Please avoid requesting additional pictures - I receive many daily messages, and time spent photographing reduces hands-on care for all animals. Thank you for understanding!

Health & Temperament

All animals are healthy to the best of my knowledge before leaving my care.
I do not sell any animal showing signs of illness, infection, or aggression.
Once an animal leaves my care, I am no longer responsible for its health, vet bills, or behavior.
Temperament and litter box habits are not guaranteed.
Sex is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate (typically identified around 3–4 weeks). No refunds for sex errors.

Pickup Policy

Pickup is by appointment only- we are a closed rabbitry for the safety of the animals and my family.
Pickups must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance.
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited and require rescheduling.
Failure to show up at your scheduled time results in forfeiture of your deposit and the animal.

Closed Rabbitry Policy

For the safety and health of my animals and privacy of my family, visits are not permitted under any circumstances.
I am happy to provide photos and videos upon request once you’ve submitted an application.

Rehoming Policy

If you ever need to rehome a bunny adopted from me, please contact me first. I will always take them back - no questions asked.
Refunds are not provided for returned animals, but I want to ensure none of my bunnies end up abandoned or in shelters.
